SWEDISH FULL BODY MASSAGE
This is one of my most popular services. It’s made a big difference for many clients, and is provided with the highest level of excellence. Whenever you schedule in a treatment with Beauty by Rose Wooderson, you can trust that you’re in great hands.
BACK, NECK & SHOULDER MASSAGE
Using a combination of varying pressures (including deep tissue where it is needed), strokes and stretches, this treatment will relax you whilst also relieving muscle tension.
While some massages like sports massage can be uncomfortable, a back, neck and shoulder massage is generally a very comfortable, relaxing experience. If you are experiencing a lot of tension and tightness, additional pressure may be required to release it, however, this is usually possible without too much discomfort and your back will thank you for it!
EXPRESS RELAX BACK MASSAGE

A wonderful 30 minute Express Swedish Back Massage that helps to increase blood and lymphatic flow (PLEASE NOTE this is not a deep tissue massage - for this you will need to book the Signature or Back, Neck & Shoulder massage)
As well as a feeling of wellbeing and relaxation, this treatment can also help improve muscle tone and skin texture.
This massage is perfect for either small groups/parties (3-4 people) or even if you just have a busy schedule and want to fit in some me-time.
If you're feeling stressed and tense at work, even just a 15-minute massage has been shown to boost alertness–a study showed by the Touch Research Institute showed improved responses to a series of math questions. It can be a great way to take a quick break and reset. It can help to reduce stress and tension, increase energy and productivity, and improve your overall mood.
SKIN & SCALP REJUVENATION MASSAGE

Relieve the tension that can build up within the facial muscles and scalp from the pressures of everyday life. By using gentle massage, working the face systematically, deep-seated tensions are released, freeing layers of muscle and connective tissue to create space for the muscles to relax. Encouraging circulation and elimination of toxins for a more toned and youthful appearance.
A definite improvement should be noticed after just one treatment but a course of regular sessions will give cumulative benefits can including:

LEG & FOOT MASSAGE
A beautiful treat for tired and aching feet and legs.
This massage can be beneficial for those looking to improve circulation in their legs and feet, and for those looking to improve the flexibility of the ankle joints. It is a relaxing massage which eases muscle soreness, reduces stress and fatigue, leaves skin feeling supple, assists lymphatic circulation and may increase cardiovascular circulation and stimulate the function of all internal organs. Circulatory massage is performed on the legs, with upward strokes towards the heart that improves venous return and relieves tired legs.
It will begin with long strokes to warm the tissue throughout the target area and then continues with deeper pressure and shorter, more stimulating techniques. The focused foot and lower leg massage may enhance the blood flow to the muscles, reduce inflammation around the joints, and relax the entire lower body.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
This is a seated treatment helps to relieve tension with a relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage. This scalp massage is stimulating and reviving and the facial massage is deeply soothing.
As your circulation is boosted, headaches and sinus problems are eased, thanks to the drainage techniques and pressure point stimulation.
I do not recommend this treatment if you suffer from the following or you are pregnant:
- Epilepsy- Thrombosis- Diabetes or circulatory problems- Active cancer/Undergoing treatment for cancer
LUXURY MANICURE
Combining gentle cuticle work, shaping and filing of the nails, hand scrub and an express hand and arm massage to follow. This is completed with your choice of JESSICA, Gemini by Biosculpture or Essie nail polish (Please note these are not gel nails)
LUXURY PEDICURE
The Pedicure you didn't know how much you needed!
Combining gentle Cuticle work, Shaping and Filing of the nails, Hard Skin Removal, Foot Scrub & Soak and a beautifully relaxing leg/foot massage that will leave your feet feeling brand new.
Complete with JESSICA, Gemini by Biosculpture or Essie nail polish (Please note this is not gels, if you would like gels with the luxury add-ons you can book a BIOSCULPTURE GEL PEDICURE and each add-on is charged on top at £5 each depending on your choices (See Biosculpture Gel Pedicure)

BIOSCULPTURE GEL MANICURE
Make your manicure last even longer with a Biosculpture gel manicure. An oxygenating gel that offers chip-free shine.
Before application your cuticles will be tended to and your nails shaped and filed to your desired shape and length, followed by a gentle exfoliation. The treatment will be finished with a nourishing express hand and arm massage.
Note: If you have a set that needs removing please book Gel Removal as a separate treatment (£10.00) and then add the Biosculpture Gel manicure as a separate treatment (when booking one treatment there will be an option to add multiple treatments)
BIOSCULPTURE GEL PEDICURE
Make your pedicure last even longer with Biosculpture and Evo by Biosculpture, an oxygenating gel that offers chip-free shine. before application your cuticles will be tended to; shaped and filed to your desired shape and length. The treatment will be finished with a nourishing express foot and leg massage.

BIOSCULPTURE GEL REMOVAL (ADD-ON ONLY) - £10.00
Existing gels are filed, cuticle oiled and wrapped to soak for 15-20min for a healthy removal with zero nail plate damage and without soaking your skin with acetone.
Anti Wrinkle Treatments
We have all heard of the popular word "Botox". What is it?
An Anti-Wrinkle treatment that is a popular cosmetic procedure that involves injecting a neurotoxin called botulinum toxin into specific muscles to temporarily reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
We inject in small amounts to temporarily paralyse the muscle which works by blocking signals to the muscle, which in turn relaxes the muscle completely and smoothes out the skin.
At Beauty by Rose Wooderson I use the brand Azzalure; a brand well known for its natural results.
Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are injectable substances designed to restore volume, enhance contours and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

A gel substance that is typically made from hyaluronic acid, a natural component found in our skin which helps to maintain hydration and firmness.
